  Rocket Rosen got me out of the worst trouble of my life. He is an excellent attorney! He also returned all of my calls promptly. And I called a lot! FIVE STARS. If I could give him TEN STARS, I would.

  I simply do not recommend this place. Looks good at first but you notice things later. The patio doors are backwards, you have patio furniture that you have to move each time to open the storage door that's on that patio. The washer dryer room has a slotted door so when you do laundry, it's loud. Parking is horrible, you have to rush home in order to get parking or else you park outside the gate. 2 BBQ and 1 pool, always in use. You will not get your deposit back, they always look for an excuse to keep it. I had to pay to replace carpeting after I left. I don't own any pets. I don't smoke. The carpet looked great if you ask me. The front desk is late opening, early to close, and is MIA most of the time in between. The water bill is shared so it's 35.00 every month regardless of how much or less you use. The maintenance only works m-f 8 to 5. Extra charge on weekends and after hours but good luck getting him out there. Your ticket will need to be submitted twice before it gets fixed. They towed my rental when my car was totaled and said I needed a sticker. I got the rental on thursday night. My rental was towed that night. And it cost 250 to get back. They want their sticker for the car when you leave or they fine you. The apartment has to be exactly clean and how you moved in or they fine you a 500.00+ cleaning bill. Crazy! The front desk is rude. I do not recommend Deseo.

• Review of "Foster High School" at Richmond

  Foster High School was a great school to go through. I started at Briscoe the first year these schools opened so when I went to Foster, the school was still new. The teachers were great, the principal was great, and the school felt safe. The athletic program was still new and needed a lot of work, but I still had a great time. I would strongly recommend Richmond (specifically zoned to Foster) as it is definitely the best school in the district.

He has the knowledge & experience neccessary to offer long term advice for success and redeption for his clients; he actually cares. If Mr. Rosen says he is going to do something, that is what is going to happen, without a doubt! The entire Team at the Law Office of Steven Rocket Rosen perform exceptionally! Do not hesitate to walk through his door if you are ready for a solution!
