  I simply do not recommend this place. Looks good at first but you notice things later. The patio doors are backwards, you have patio furniture that you have to move each time to open the storage door that's on that patio. The washer dryer room has a slotted door so when you do laundry, it's loud. Parking is horrible, you have to rush home in order to get parking or else you park outside the gate. 2 BBQ and 1 pool, always in use. You will not get your deposit back, they always look for an excuse to keep it. I had to pay to replace carpeting after I left. I don't own any pets. I don't smoke. The carpet looked great if you ask me. The front desk is late opening, early to close, and is MIA most of the time in between. The water bill is shared so it's 35.00 every month regardless of how much or less you use. The maintenance only works m-f 8 to 5. Extra charge on weekends and after hours but good luck getting him out there. Your ticket will need to be submitted twice before it gets fixed. They towed my rental when my car was totaled and said I needed a sticker. I got the rental on thursday night. My rental was towed that night. And it cost 250 to get back. They want their sticker for the car when you leave or they fine you. The apartment has to be exactly clean and how you moved in or they fine you a 500.00+ cleaning bill. Crazy! The front desk is rude. I do not recommend Deseo.

  I’m very disappointed to be writing this review because prior to appling I’ve heard such great things about the property and leasing agent Maria Archield. I first applied at this complex 2/6/18 with Maria and my application was denied due to a file of eviction I was unaware of. That very same day I went to one of my previous complexes that filed the eviction where they provided me with a release of judgment and documentation stating I had a 0 balance with them and left in good standing receiving my deposit back. I provided that information to Maria that same day and also filed a Dispute with rental relations. I patiently waited one week and checked back in with Maria for updates that she was unable to provide me with. Finally after doing my own research I learned that the investigation was closed with no resolution. I then filed a second Dispute along with court documentation. After calling the property approval company, On-site, I learned that they were able to update my rental report stating I did not have a balance but was unable to remove it from my rental record because the eviction was filed for late payment. The representative then informed me that typically when this situation occurs I should be able to provide the property manager with documents stating I have a 0 balance and left in good standing and that be taken into consideration. This morning I went back to the property and requested the manager and Maria stated she was running late. I then told her what was told to me by on-site and she stated those were not “facts” I insisted that she at least discuss with her property manager what was told to me by On-Site and left documentation with her as well. I later received a call back from Maria stating the decision would be left up to the property owner and the file of eviction is not why I was denied However, I was told by Maria the file of eviction was why I was initially denied. I feel as though I did more leg work trying to get the apartment than the actual leasing staff and once I got denied I was pushed to the wayside. For anyone inquiring about living on the property please get all the details prior to applying
