    They are providing less and less service. This seems to be a trend in banks these days, but here they've taken it to the next level (down). The drive up teller lanes have been closed and there is just the one drive-up atm. I understand that you have to cut costs and embrace the auyomayed future, so at least add machines in the drive up lanes.
