  Lied about IRA account - changed IRA plan and ended up with IRS penalty due to their error. Two 1099's with different numbers and both marked original. Received second one AFTER tax return submitted. Now faced with added expense of amended tax return. Billed for safe deposit box even though it was listed as no charge with our account. Customer service on the phone is worthless can easily spend 45 minutes on hold, that is if they even answer the phone. Had to go to two branches to get a simple transaction completed. That's OK getting even by moving three commercial accounts with over 3 million in deposits and 6 or 7 employee accounts. Bank with BBVA at your own risk! You have been warned.
